Does it sound like a robot?
It speaks in a natural voice, answers in full sentences and handles interruptions. The quickest way to judge is to hear it: the free demo answers as your business.
What happens when it can't help?
It takes a message and texts you, or puts the caller through to you if you'd like. Emergencies ring your on-call list, any hour.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. You get a local number for the receptionist and forward your existing line to it, so customers keep calling the number on your truck and cards.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel online any time. Pay 6 or 12 months ahead to save, and if you cancel, unused months come back to your card.
What if I go over my minutes or texts?
Extra minutes are 25¢ and texts 3¢. You get a heads-up at 80% and 100% of the month's allowance, so there are no surprises.
Do I need a website?
No. We write one for you with online booking and chat built in, on your own domain. If you love the one you have, keep it and add the chat bubble and booking link.
Will my texts get blocked?
US carriers block business texts from unregistered numbers, so we register yours with them as part of setup. Calls work from day one.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. Download your contacts, appointments, invoices and payments as a spreadsheet any time.
